When will my palms and other items be delivered?

We begin delivering your orders as soon as the threat of frost is gone.  Typically we aim for the end of May.  A team member will contact you to schedule a date and time for your order to be delivered to your home. 

What is the order to delivery experience like?

Ordering is easy!  Using our website you can select your palm trees, planters and other accessories.  At checkout, we'll calculate your deliver fee.  Deliveries will be scheduled by our specialists and require an adult to be present to accept the delivery.  If you order special services, our team will prepare you ahead of time to ensure a seamless experience.

Where are my palms right now?

Our growing partners are working year-round to provide you with the highest quality palm trees.  Once the threat of frost has past visit our growing partners and select the best palms they have to offer and bring them to NY for delivery to our valued customers.  

The palm trees we offer, like most tropical plants, can't withstand harsh winter conditions. They thrive in warm climates and will not survive freezing temperatures.

Our palms can be moved indoors or to climate-controlled garages for the colder months, just be sure to check your ceiling height to ensure adequate space for your trees😊.  Our palms are between 6 and 12 feet in height with 4’ – 8’ frond canopies.

Just like a Christmas tree, palm trees for your poolside are not intended to be permanent landscape features but instead a seasonal delight that enhancing your outdoor space with their tropical charm and can move indoors in cooler months. 🌞🌴 Need help disposing of your palms?  Just contact us and we'll discuss available options.

Can I leave my palms outside during the colder months?
